Founded in 2017, Mechanical Canine has taken on a variety of lineups as they’ve bounced around their hometown of Philadelphia, PA. For their second LP , Walls Covered In Mildew, Mechanical Canine has settled into a lineup that they can thrive in, firing off a gnarled up brew of psych, punk and power pop. Chippy synths and electronic drums set the tone for the uptempo indie punk of “Go Kick Rocks!” or the bodacious psych punk of “Chuzz-wuzzers”.
